1. About this page

bdsmgifs.com is an index of short adult clips. We do not host, store or upload any video or image file. Every clip shown on the Website is embedded or linked from the third-party service where it was originally published (for example Reddit or RedGifs). This page explains how to ask us to remove a reference from our index and how to reach us.

2. Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act for one, and you believe that a clip referenced on the Website infringes your copyright, send us a written notice containing:

On receipt of a complete notice we remove the reference from our index, normally within 48 hours. Because the file itself is not stored on our servers, removal from the original service must be requested from that service directly.

3. Removal requests from people shown in a clip

If you appear in a clip referenced on the Website and did not consent to its publication, or you simply want it removed from our index, send us the URL of the clip page together with a short statement that you are the person depicted. We do not require proof of copyright ownership for this kind of request, and we act on it with priority. We will never publish the details you send us.

4. Illegal content

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward material involving minors, non-consensual activity or any other unlawful content. If you believe such material has been referenced on the Website, contact us immediately with the URL; the reference is removed as soon as it is reviewed and the matter is reported to the hosting service and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.

5. Counter-notices

If a reference was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts named in our Terms of Service. Repeat infringers, and services that repeatedly host infringing material, may be excluded from our index entirely.

6. Contact

All notices, removal requests and general enquiries should be sent to:

[email protected]

Please include the word "REMOVAL" or "DMCA" in the subject line so that the request is handled without delay.
